According to the Civil Defense Regulations of Bahrain, it is mandatory for all buildings, warehouses and offices in Bahrain to have an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Only Bahrain Civil Defense approved fire maintenance companies are authorized to carry out this annual maintenance. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the preventive maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Equipment installed in various types of buildings, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
